so i am 21 year old and got one full time job at a game development company. i am at the backend part of that company. As i saw others making games on unity i thought I could also learn. so at the break i started and i only do unity on the break period only. but then one day one senior unity developer saw and said "Don't you have any work or something that you are learning?".
