Stuck into the startup hell

Hello everyone, So I am an ML intern and a 2024 cs graduate, I have been doing internships since 3rd year of my engineering and right now I am interning at an startup since 1 year and I don't have any full time offer as of now and the startup where I am interning is also not talking about full time offer, so what should I do now, ask for increment in stipend, ask for full time offer(talked to them in December, HR told will see when in April may, when we will raise funding, he also added "consider that you will not get" but I still kept interning) or keep applying at other places?

It's gonna be long thread. I have been working as lead engineer in a early stage startup since last one year. Founder (20 years exp in Product Management) raised some money from friends & family to start it and but company was running negative from February and he put his money to pay employees salary for March & April and We were hoping for some investment in April but that didn't happen. During May & June, he was looking for funding more aggressively and even after having a good background in academics & top tech work experience in product management, no investor got convinced to invest in it. Our salary for March & April was delayed from actual payroll date by 7 days and 21 days respectively and We were expecting our May salary to be delayed by same period and our company was about to complete one year in first week of July so we had some one year benefits associated as well. But Boom, he invited everyone on call and tells that company will shutting it's operation from next day itself. And he will help us find our new jobs and he doesn't any clarity on pending salary. Although we knew, our company is not in good shape so salary cut or something might be happening soon but didn't expect this. Now, we have to find other jobs and also be unemployed while searching for job and also get exploited by other companies because we will be desperate to find jobs to pay our bills. I think, he did this just before 5-6 days of our one year anniversary just because he doesn't get legally bound to pay our one year benefits. I for sure, not gonna join any early stage in future who doesn't have enough funding. Just wanted to put this story out of my mind. Open for any suggestions you have for me Thank you

I am a final year CS student and will be graduating this June. In my first and second year I used to code like 9 to 10 hours a day and learn new skills and thanks to that I was able to grep an internship in start of 6th sem and since then I am doing internships and its been 1.5 years and I have done 2 internships, one as an backend developer for 6 months and another as an ML Engineer for 10 months and I am still interning over here and I have learned a lot and have worked on many amazing projects, now the problem is my current company told that they will give me full time offer if they receive the funding in April or may and HR told me to consider this as no and now the CEO of my previous internship called me and asked me if I am willing to join there for full time and I told him I am waiting for the offer from here and he told me that he will try to match the offer but I don't want to join the older company as there the culture is toxic and I also don't have other offer to negotiate as I did not sit for on campus placement as I am getting paid more as an intern(50k per month) then the full time offers the companies are giving on campus. Now in 2 months I will be graduating and still I don't have full time offer and now I feel like all the sacrifices I made in my first and second year went in vain, all the hard work, consistency, missing parties and trips all these things now makes me sad, where did I went wrong and what should I do now?

I am currently doing an SDE Internship in one of the startups in gurugram. Initially I was given a 6 month intern + full time offer, all went well, but in the last month this company is revoking full time offers of some interns and extending the intern offer to 3-4 months. What should I do in this case ? I am literally scared right now?

Got selected from campus placement and they provided hefty fix pay(16 lpa) + 16 lpa ( spread across 4 years including esop and bonus) (totally fraud to come on day 0 in IIT). They now fired me. I interview at many startup and they are expecting too much from 6 months experience candidate. I am in between of offer from Deloite but they are only paying (11 lpa fix). What shall i do? According to market shall i take a downball or need to keep patience?

Got multiple intern offers from series A/B heavily funded startups ,but can't join as they don't allow async work . And I have to attend college from 8 to 6. This and my remote requirements basically removes most companies from the list. FML Hopefully found a early stage startup that allowed theses conditions. But I could have joined a much better role but can't. Two more years of this hell

I got placed in september 2022. It was only the 2nd company to visit the campus and after getting placed i wasn't allowed to sit for any more placement drives (college rules). I received the offer letter and my internship started in February. i was to be FTE by August. After 1 month of internship they sent me another offer letter stating that I will be FTE by October. Now it's January, i am still an intern and I feel like i haven't learned anything at all and even forgotten most of what i knew. i have no motivation at all. My resume isn't getting shortlisted to any companies. i don't know what to do. i have been applying on linkedin and indeed but no luck.
