I m looking for a break while on the job at TCS. I Am looking for some valid justification to get my sabbatical aproved. I have to finetune my health and my relationships and my mental health while am on break.
Kindly suggest me some verbose that will have higher chances of getting corporate approval for sure.
Few weeks back, I checked with my location HR on sabbatical for the same reasons. He told me that sabbatical can only be taken for 2 year full time courses. Not even for 6 months or 3 months course or any online courses.
But i guess, he was not aware about all policies. I know, It can be taken for health issue or parents health issue. But nobody is spilling out exact procedures for the same. Try to connect with experienced HR in this case, as rest of them will say no straight away
