Tell me if it's normal or not

I have PCOS and trying to do minimum required to loose weight. Walking 10,000 steps, having good food and having 8 hours of sleep. Now problem is it's been just 12 days I have started doing everything religiously and I have lost 5 kgs!!! I mean!!! Seriously!! 12 days and 5 kgs are bit too much! Is what I think.... Tell me if someone have any idea about this. And Yea... These are the things my doc told me and I'm not falling for any influencer advice...

There's a possibility this is normal. If you just started being active n following a routine, the weight loss is fast. Initial 3-5kgs is just water weight, so I don't see much worry.
If this continues, then get yourself checked

If you were just a lazy blob earlier and have started doing physical activity for the first time. You could literally be dehydrated from the sweating.
Drink enough water that you start pissing absolutely clear water.
And nazar utar le, 5kg in 12 days ke liye log jalte

Just keep your doctor informed. It is possible and can happen. As long as you feel fine, all good.

I once lost 10kg in 2 weeks but i was a teenager at a military camp 😂

Drastic change in diet and exercise can do that sometimes.

Well if your doctor told you these and he is aware he is the person to go to.

I dont think there are any on grapevine.

Whenever you start following a healthier lifestyle, you lose something known as water weight which looks surprising as it can range in between 2-6 kgs in general.

So I believe it's normal and I would suggest you to listen to your doc about not falling for influencer advice.

They are intentionally/unintentionally doing more harm than good.
