So I had 2 rounds of interviews last week with Deloitte for a marketing analyst role. The interviews went well and I was told that I would get feedback by EOD that day. 

The HR on the meet told me to drop off. In 30 mins I got an email saying it's taking some time to proceed further and they are reviewing all cases with hiring manager.

I tried calling HR back but they didn't respond. 

Now how should I consider this situation? Am I rejected or does Deloitte take some time to analyse all the candidates? And if so how much time should I expect?

Hi folks, just dropping in to say that I have failed three interviews all of which that I had hoped to close. 

I am in marketing so the answers in the interview aren't generally right or wrong. Different people perceive your answers differently and most people generally only do vibe check I guess. One of the interviews was really good but it required doing a presentation which I suck at. I got nervous while presenting. 

I was actively looking for a new role and spent nearly three weeks in frantically applying anywhere I could. Finally shortlisted 4 companies to appear for and 3 of them rejected me.

Feeling sad. Can't tell wife, friend or family so confessing here. Please send prayers and any referal for a good marketing role in B2B. Yoe 9 years and TC is 36 without stocks.

Hey people I have genuine doubts and want your suggestions i have applied to PwC positions so many times and have not gotten any response like nothing at all like not even a no should I do something about it and what should I do its tiring sometimes i think about going to office and directly having a convo to them 😅 or maybe contacting the Hr i applied with experience and all the qualities and responsibilities matched even then no reply not even no. Please help me out it is so frustrating.

I recently interviewed at a large company. I applied by sending my resume to someone in my network who works there and they forwarded the resume to HR. After that I got a call from HR and they asked for my expected salary among other things to which I answered that I want a 40% hike. I cleared all technical interviews and after that I got a mail saying that they would like to offer me a full time role and asked some of my documents to prepare an offer.

I was curious about them asking for documents without having an HR round first so I called the HR and asked some details about the job and she ensured that they can give me a 40% hike on base but not on TC so I assumed they will hike my base and keep the other components in a similar range to what I currently have. 

I send the documents and on the next day I get a call from HR asking about my expected compensation again, I then ask about their salary structure and they explain that it's all fixed. I was confused on what number to give them so I said that I wanted a 40% hike but since my TC consists of variable components and theirs don't, I would like to know what is the maximum salary they could give me to which the HR replied that they will let me know in a while.

It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't heard back. I don't want to call the HR because that might make me look desperate and give them a reason to lowball me but I'm not sure what to do and am even more confused about the kind of process being followed at this company.

Hi team recently gave interview @walmart 4 rounds including hm. They said feedback was good before the Hm round. Not sure afterwards haven’t heard back for 2 days after HM round. called the hr and she said she’ll call back she didn’t.

Whats the general time they’ll update for Hr round or for discussing offer? Or should i consider luck will prevail whether ill get the offer or not

I am a 4 YoE backend engineer on a Python stack. I feel I have a decent profile coz I have got calls from Bosch, L&T, Deloitte, Quantiphi, LTIMindtree and etc., but my profile didn’t get shortlisted every time just because of the 60 day's notice period. I even asked my friends for referrals to companies like Accenture and Infosys. Even after that, my profile also didn't get shortlisted.

Any suggestions? I want to change my company too.

I’m reaching out to seek your guidance and help with a couple of things regarding job applications at PwC.

Firstly, I have applied for several positions at PwC through a referral, and the job IDs are as follows:
- 519230WD
- 212905WD
- 506272WD
- 237508WD

The statuses of these applications have been 'Under Review' and 'Application Received' for over a month now. Could someone please advise me on how to follow up with these applications? Any insights into how long it typically takes for the status to change would also be greatly appreciated.

Secondly, I noticed a recent post by PwC on LinkedIn indicating that they are looking for experienced Salesforce professionals. I have over 6 years of experience in Salesforce and am very interested in these roles. Could someone assist me with the application process or connect me with a recruiter or hiring manager who could help?

Seeking Assistance with PwC Job Application Follow-up and New Salesforce Opportunities

Recently I had an interview with Accenture last week. I got shortlisted by the same day at night and got an email for completing a task in Workday which is submitting PAN And last 3 months pay slips. The next day received a call from HR, He discussed the compensation and DOJ and said you will get confirmation by the same day only. But it's been more than 4-5 working days, I haven't received my Offer Letter yet. 

Also got a BGV mail for complete but it requires Resignation detail too with LOA.

But how can I submit resignation without any offer Letter. 

Or usually ACCENTURE taking that much time only in releasing offer letter.

Can anyone help with this.
