We should perhaps not give so much importance to a sexist person such as this.

A man without kids is like a tree without root. So picking your wife is probably the most important decision or even a turning point in man's life.
These rules set the base line so that a margin of safety is built.
It's not a formula that needs to be copied, it's aset of parameters for a person to evaluate.
In my village there is saying, - if you can't identify the snake, consider it poisonous. It's not an insult to the snake, it's just a safeguard for the people
If you are a guy please marry a woman who's beautiful but lack intelligence ,is rude and come from a bad family background to prove chanakya wrong.

Women are the only reason for domestic disputes lol. Men don't have time for that shit.
You might think it's all sexist but it's actually true for a large percentage of women. They love conditionally, they don't understand unconditional love. That in itself makes them untrustworthy.
If you want to see this for yourself, just ask any woman above 25 if she will date a nice but jobless guy. You will have your answer.
You say that as if a better percentage of men love unconditionally? Do you actually believe that?
