their company is holding the variable pay for not working from office
he mentioned that the 'travel expense to office is way more than variable pay - so, let them deduct...'😅
TCS has linked it's variable pay with attendance.
Is TCS only a company taking such hard steps or some others are in queue.
Why is TCS so hard suddenly. As it had a policy earlier like 25-25. ( 25% attendance by 2025).
Is it true that TCS is ending wfh & calling everyone back to office. I m concerned for my brother who is currently livong with mother at hometown. He has to go back to Hydrabad if rumors are true.
