From the past few months I'm seeing news of all the big projects of National interest being parked in Gujrat. Be it GIFT City, DREAM City, Chip Manufacturing facility by Tata, 2036 Olymics stadium, 2 new smart cities, center for AI excellence, Cholera Solar Park, Bullet Train stations, etc?
I'm happy for all the work happening but it seems unfair that all great projects are happening in Gujrat. 

If trade is a reason, there are other states as well in western coast like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala.

I'm not trying to make it political, but I feel it is. 
If it's not political please give your reasoning. I want to be wrong on this.

Why is everything being built in Gujrat?

Maybe your lenses are coloured. I will list 3 different projects from corners of India -  
  
 1. Jewar Intl airport - Delhi NCR  
 2. Coastal roads - Mumbai 
 3. FinTech City - Chennai  
  
 Many relatively smaller initiatives like reliance met city went to Haryana, MH signed 1.4 trillion$ MoUs in Davos.  
  
 States like GJ, MH, KA, TN have a friendly investment policies for many years now. Check which all states have their own pandals in Davos.  
  
 Tatas wanted to establish a manufacturing base in WB and we all know what happened there.

When I listen to his talk on shows & rallies, he speaks so magnificently. I believe that he should rise & take control of the entire BJP Southern politics & after some time take a key position in our country's politics. I wish him to be our PM in future. His entire 30-minute podcast contains more depth & knowledge than entire opposition. ♥️

Keeping my biases aside, I've seen 2 sides of the entire people's behaviour and culture:

1. Locals (folks from the city/state) are known to refer to the ones from other states as "outsiders" or "immigrants". We have seen some extreme cases where the people not from Karnataka are expected to understand Kannada.

2. People from outside, working in Bengaluru seem to complain about things beyond the point 1 instances and keep saying "It's just the weather that's good, everything else sucks". 

Note:

1. Having more people (especially working individuals) in the city has a direct impact on city/state revenues. These working individuals earn, and spend

2. Flexing "Kannada" by locals (especially service providers) is stupidity. They do realise that if the population drops they'll have lesser business (think, autos and cab drivers asking passengers to know Kannada)

3. People flocking in the city for their jobs, the traffic problems are obvious - if you opt for shared transport (metro, buses), we'll find a slightly relaxed traffic. You flex your two and three wheelers, what do you expect?

4. Outsiders or insiders, we have decided and chosen to stay here by trading off certain things to get benefits (mostly pay and growth opportunities), so it's our choice afterall

In my opinion, BJP leaders should promptly terminate the alliance without delay. The pen drive case is deteriorating rapidly. If this news happens to be true, it would mark one of the world's most scandalous cases involving sexual misconduct, rape, and extortion. The sheer volume of videos and unique encounters involved would shame even Playboy.

I am seeing a lot of hate on social media. Whenever there is a post related to Bangalore all the comments are about "aur karo kannada kannada". I have been in Bangalore for a few months now and most of the people I have talked to in Hindi have replied with some amount of Hindi. Haven't faced any discrimination. (Except in BMTC buses, the conductors are very rude, not sure if it's language related though).
Wanted to see if everything I am seeing on social media is true? Or is it just propaganda spread by politicians to divide and rule.

Is Bangalore really bad for Non kannada speakers?

I feel it's unreasonable to require MNCs to disclose the number of their employees who are Kannadigas and to prioritize Kannadigas for employment. Such policies seem to be attempting to introduce reservation concepts into sectors like IT, which have traditionally operated on merit-based principles. Implementing such policies may breed resentment against the state and its communities.

These measures could also raise doubts among investors about the viability of investing in a state with such regulations. Growing up, Bangalore was renowned for its welcoming people, pleasant weather, and thriving IT sector. However, with increasing instances of hooliganism and policies like these, Bangalore risks losing its appeal, leaving only its pleasant weather.

As for my own background, my father is Kannadiga and my mother is Tamilian. Should my company consider me a Kannadiga?

This happened in Mumbai too but 10-15 years back. All new people registered their vote in Mumbai and killed this regional thinking.

I was wondering if Uttar Pradesh can be the next Bangalore. It has everything. It has a large population which is decently literate. It has IIT Kanpur, IIT BHU, NIT ALLAHABAD and other deemed universities. It has good connectivity to Delhi with Expressways and Highways. Crime is significantly down. It has the largest Airport coming in India Jewar International Airport. It has cities like Noida which already is an IT hub. 

I believe cities like Lucknow and Kanpur can be the next hub of investment and employment opportunities in India. They have their own metro projects for city commute and for long distance travel we have RRTS service that is a work in progress. To top it all Alcohol is not banned here unlike Gujarat.

I think with the right planning Uttar Pradesh can have several Bangalore-like tech hubs. What are your thoughts on this?

I read the post. Usne galat kya bola hai. And whatever is written in the post I already know this and I want govt to abolish few of them. 
  
 Like Waqf board, Places of Worship act, Minority Commission. They are second largest majority. Also, throw out all illegal immigrants.  
  
 So my suggestion is, go and read the history you will realise it.
