What is your New Year Resolution
Mine: To run in the morning more than 4 days a week. For this I have to wake up at 7 am and take a good night sleep(these are also my resolutions)
I struggle with insomnia, the thing that works for me is getting some exercise/run in evening
Also avoiding screen 20-30 min before sleep, by doing night time routine like reading a book/journaling/ drawing/cleaning.
If overthinker like me then Let your thoughts pass through don't try to stop them.
