What’s the realistic timeline to achieve 50-75 LPA in Bangalore?

Currently on 28 LPA. 

If followed career progression of my seniors, it will take at least 7 more years in the same company to hit ~75LPA. 

Need guidance from folks who are making these figures. I believe this will help anyone and everyone who is in this path in life?

First company shutdown it's operation and gave work to current company. Now new company took some of the employees from old company. I got selected in that. And I joined given that I didn't had other offer. 

But now after 1 month this company doesn't feel good. 

Desperately wanting to change the company as work is bad (although working on same work which I used to do, tech is very old, VB. Net) but not feeling enough prepared. And the current time is horrible. 

My company has 90 Days notice period. What to do? Recruiter on this spot reject direct after hearing 90 Days. 

(1 Year experience) (salary is around 10)

 Also wanted to change tech stack. And how much salary should I target now given the market condition? Some recruiter even straight away said you are already getting paid high.

Year 1 - 2.75 lpa service based mnc Associate Software Engineer 
Year 2- 3.75 lpa salary normalisation and role changed to PMO
Year 2.5- 5.5 lpa joined another service based company
Year 3 - 6 lpa joined startup as Edtech program manager 
Year 4- 8 lpa with hike same role
Year 6- 11 lpa promotion senior program manager 
Year 7- 16lpa joined another start up as tech program manager/scrum master 
Year 7.5- put down paper got retained didn’t match salary but promotion and hike 22lpa role changed to Product manager
Year 8- 30lpa product manager another start up

From Associate Software engineer to PMO to Program manager/Scrum Master to Product Manager 

Starting salary 2016- 2.75lpa
Current salary 2024- 30lpa ( have two offers might get better offer than this) 

Note- number is only fixed component of salary 

Advice- Take risk and it doesn’t matter what role you are in whether you are a developer , QA, sales person, marketing or CS just be good in whatever role you do, work hard and show your work be visible and be very very good at communication!

So I have been working at a company for close to a year now, appraisal is due in june. I work as chief of staff in the founder’s office in a profitable startup. I am an individual contributor that does program management, business dev at times, business planning and strategy, corp dev and investor relations. Love the work I get to do here and we’re doing well as a business. Im hold a mba from top 3 IIMs and have contributed very well to the company with the almost 4 years exp in fintech before joining here, Im expecting a raise but I dont know what’s the indutry standard for such a role.
