What to do in future?

I am soon starting my B-pharm course. I am not really interested in medicine much and am bad at chemistry. I want to avoid research-related jobs as much as possible. I am confused on whether to pursue an mba after completing my bachelor's while working a job or pursuing a master's in pharmacy instead. My financial condition is not good and to top it off I am also not one to study diligently (may potentially have ADHD). I have severe commitment issues and it was by a miracle I even passed my boards exam. I lose interest fast and so, it gets really hard for me to make a decision. So, what would be better, doing mba or m-pharm? Please also give me tips regarding how I should go about my interest in content-creation as well. I have an interest in multiple things like dancing, singing, poetry, make-up fashion, etc. I like money though and would like the option with most money even if I have to work a little harder.😉
