I am working as a Software Engineer and aspiring to get promotion to Senior Software Engineer. My manager who use to support me went on a sabbatical, now my team is getting changed for second time in 3 months and the team I was working in from 1 year and wanting to be Team Lead of is sidelining me as I will be moving to new team now.
