It's unfair to blame NRM for these things. One must understand the cycle of this bullshit. People at every level promise heavens and join the job. They negotiate higher salaries based on promises. When they don't deliver they come under pressure. This pressure is transmitted down to employees. People like NRN just part of that cycle.
There is no way to avoid it. A few break away from this race when they reach an independent level.
