Work culture at Paytm-Wallets backend team

Worst company to ever work with I worked with paytm for 1.5 years after which they force me to resign, if you have your salary on higher side you can expect management to force you to resign anytime, I was top performer of my team, still they put me on PIP, how can you give someone award for best performer and give him PIP after 3 months , my manager was toxic Tarini from EDC backend team
