Hi, I have been offered a PM role at Paytm. My overall experience is 6 yrs with >2 yrs in Product. The CTC they are offering is 40 LPA  which is a 30% hike. In current company culture and wlb is good. If anyone can suggest, Is it lower/higher than market standards and how's the culture and wlb in Paytm Product team?

So, as title suggests, need feedback on how is the work culture, leadership, and increments at PayU
I might be getting an offer soon and need some feedback 
I have 2 YOE work ex, role is SDE1 in software engineer

As per glassdoor, for people with my profile, salaries submitted are in range from 18-22 LPA, however when I quoted around that range HR was saying that is too much, we don't give this much salary to people with your profile
my current ctc is 12.5(fixed), and I was asking for 20-25
