I am ready to put more than 70 hours to start and run my own business. Looking for some ideas with certain criteria I have in my mind 1. Scalability - Biz should be scalable enough to reach 100 cr annual turnover, fine if takes mid to long term 2. Margin - should have healthy margin, not looking for VC money to run it 3. Location - setup and operation can be done from anywhere 4. Non-tech - I am not a tech person, so the Biz should be done without hightech IT infra as I want to run the show on my own. Sourcing ideas for myself, because I want to start something my own And for other non-tech people, who are also in the same boat as I am. Let’s see if we get some good ideas here!

Hey, I've started a fleet management company I.e we take cars from owners give them out for rent and make a good chuck of margin out of it. We are going the Franchise route to expand faster. At this stage we need a little bit of investment to get to market aggressively. Our revenue for 23 - 24 is 35 Lakhs, we are projected to hit 55 - 60 lakhs this financial year. Apart form the investment looking for a good team cause it has only been me since the beginning.

BD role, full time engagement, equity. Right now we are in product development & testing early pmf phase. Matching salary. Product - A low tech solution for non tech savvy brands to reduce their ad spend upto 40%. Problem - Indian D2C brands spend $7b every year on ad spend only to achieve < 2% retention and <2 ROAS. This is because there is no other way other than ad spend to acq. customers. Tech - something at the cross-section of commerce, web3 & influencers economy. Core team in place - 2 engineers, 1 COO, 1 CTO & 1 PM. Enough cash to survive till pre-seed and get to early pmf. Raising $1.5m in pre-seed now. Founders: ex-microsoft, Uber, swiggy, Zomato, udaan, rapido At the end of yr. 5: Best case exit for you: ~7-9cr. Avg case: 3-5cr. Worst case: 60L-1cr. Pls reach out to - [email protected]

Hi folks - I was wondering if people here might know of companies that are doing good stuff in sustainability / climate tech etc. I don't have any experience here but I do feel that's one of the key problems facing humanity and I'm thinking I might feel happier if I feel my work is actually meaningful lol. Open to using my free time to study / upskill in this area. I have looked up Terra.do as well but their flagship course is too expensive and I'm not sure how useful it is. (Currently in a strat ops role) So does anyone have suggestions on companies / courses that can help?

What problems would Indian and Global startups be solving in the next decade, or they would be just throwing random yearly new buzz words and as usual VCs would be having orgasms on these buzz words. I mean real problems.
