Which one should i select Accenture or EY, whose work culture is better
Normally Accenture tends to have better projects and relaxed work life balance while EY has better brand value and pay scale. Choose accordingly.

Accenture!! Obviously it's a better than EY in terms of all aspect, weather it is revenue, work culture, and growth. Accenture always promote learnings for their employees also they will provide best for your betterment.
EY, certain policies of global companies are better than Accenture. Company transfer to another country etc., work from another country if spouse working abroad etc. Is not possible in Accenture
Work culture is subjective. Talk to the hiring managers and find out the nature of work, the team etc before taking a decision. Both the companies are good but there will be bad teams in both.
Both Accenture and EY are excellent firms to work at. Let us consider the prominent aspects of both firms. At a starting or mid-manager level, the salaries are quite similar at both. As far as diversity and inclusion are concerned, Accenture has more policies on this front. Accenture also offers stock options for senior positions. EY is a partnership and it has more of an entrepreneurial spirit. Due to this, the growth possibilities are excellent at EY.
