First of all, get tested for vitamin D I had similar back pain. No medication used to work. In the end came to know that i have deficiency of vitamin D, taking supplements of it made me free from back pain.

Went to chiropractor thrice in the last two years and didn’t go back again for atleast 7-8 months after a visit.

Gym trainers don't know a damn. Just walk for an hour everyday. Lower back pain happens due to a range of reasons, see what strains your back and avoid the strain. Strengthen your back muscle through flexion and extension exercises. Increase the repetition and duration gradually. More importantly take the physiotherapy your doctor recommends. Eat at home. The tips are as simple as it can get. Don't follow the random gyan on hitting gym. It changes nothing, creates more problems than it solves. Free body exercise and walking work the best

You’re in your early twenties. Don’t listen to uncles on here saying you don’t need to go to the gym.

Go to a doctor first, to rule out any issue with your spine. If no issue, find a good gym. Strengthen your core and back muscles. Bad posture is usually a result of weak muscles in the posterior chain. Find a good workout plan, learn how to do the exercises(Jeff Cavalier, YouTube).

In a few months you’ll fix your back, look good and feel good.

Gym wont help you. It will in fact worsen you. I had similar issue and gym only worsened the situation

  • I did deiting.
  • Fixed my vitamin D deficiency
  • walk 5-6km everyday
  • 15 mins stretches as recommended by physiotherapist
  • purchases standing desk. Now I always work standing

Took me 1 year to lose 12 kg. From 96kg to 84kg. Back pain got fixed too. Albeit not permanently. Still get pain some times
