Anyone knows if Capgemini is a good company to work ?

I know Capgemini is a company. Good company - subjective
To work - subjective

My spouse is in this company and she can’t get a break with these “on-site” clients having calls at odd hours.

Salary - minuscule
Appraisal- non existent
Work - can’t be called less. It’s decent.

Stability - yes (till date, but can never be sure today)

Good or bad - Take a call based on data pointers.
