B1 grade salary range in capgemini

Hi all, Can you please tell me what is the expected salary range of B1 grade in capgemini can provide for a 3.5 years candidate? I am currently having 5.2LPA in TCS and had an offer from cognizant with 8LPA. Please suggest how much can i tell them the expected salary as?
