I have 4 years of total experience(2 years prior MBA then an year gap, I was preparing for MBA entrance during this time and 2 years post MBA).
Now I’m looking for jobs, can I show an year of work at my friends startup? To fill the gap?

A lot of early stage startups don't even have a PF contribution in place, so don't worry about that bit.
