Background verification

I had a short stint in a firm like < 3 months... so If I don't show this experience in my resume will it come later in background verification? The thing here is there's this small Joining bonus associated with this and if the candidate doesn't show this experience, he doesn't have to do pay it back in fnf recovery but got to trade off experience and relieving letter which doesn't matter in this case as the experience is quite short here.

so folks any experiences or views around this?

Can the company do a legal action against you for non repayment of joining bonus?

even if they can't not worth it..they could come at any point of time in future for the dues though

I heard any contract without a stamp paper is not admissible in the court. So they can’t really do much. Correct me if I am wrong

so reportedly you can mark exit by self post 2 months of last contribution so apparently that is sorted

Then no problem you can leave and join a new organisation

The only thing you should not lie about is the name of the company you worked. Everything else is fine. Remove an experience, add responsibilities you have never had before, anything is fine as long as you are able to speak on that. People hire a person for two reasons they think the person is a cultural fit, or they are desperately short of resources.
Every other reason you hear is just a story.

yea that's fine but only thing here is if they're gonna ask for relieving letter the candidate won't have it, can become a problem and also, if they're gonna confirm with HR of the previous company that will also be flagged in background verification
