Bad manager in interview
I recently gave an interview, it was 4th round, the manager round, interviewer was tired and seemed not interested, he gave a ui and told me to think of data structure and edgse cases in 5 min. And got off the call , he joined after 5 mins and asked me answer, I was annoyed by his behaviour and couldn't perform well, I missed a single edge case and after that I got rejected. Is this the common behaviour or should I complaint it to the HR. He was director of engineering and seemed too much introverted.
You can post the review to the HR but considering the Hiring Manager was not interested it looks like you prevented joining a bad team :) Also even if you provide the review Idts there would be any change being done in case of other candidate but it would feel good that you gave your review :)
