How to deal with an arrogant HM

Had an awful experience during an interview at Cisco recently. I cleared all technical rounds so was pretty excited for the HM round.

First, the manager who was supposed to interview me kept canceling and rescheduling. Then on the day of the interview he kept doing some work, half hearing my responses. I feel very demotivated now.
