Bangalore or Delhi NCR?

I'm a software engineer and have been living in Bangalore for over 3 years now and thinking of starting a family and settling at either Bangalore or Delhi NCR.

I have seen the disaster infrastructure Bangalore has plus the very high cost of living and hence thinking of moving to Delhi NCR.
