Which is better?

I am currently WFH, but looking for new opportunities. Since most of the companies are now demanding on site, which is better for better growth, savings and learning?

Gurgaon/ Noida or Bangalore??

I have been to all major metro cities, personally i prefer NCR(except summer part).

Rent and transportation is good that all the cities, obviously it has its own demerits.
