Is it easier to switch jobs in Bangalore than WFH?

I have been living in Bangalore for a month now after having 2 years of WFH. Wanted to switch for a job but have no guidance as to how should I do it. No results from hiring websites yet.

Most of the orgs are WFO, if you're happy with WFH then don't go for a change.

Agree with @FlyingRaijin , markets are going to get really bad in next few quarters before they get better.
