Career dilemma

It will be helpful to me whoever see this post and comments your respected opinions on my situation.

I am ome of the regular corporate employees of India who is earning 3.6LPA in reputed MNC working on Java support. As I need assistance on my career and don't know where to ask, posting here . So below are the options I wanted to do but I am confused where and what to start.

  1. Should I upskill more on Java only
  2. Should I need to switch to any other domain like AWS, Azure, cybersecurity
  3. Should I need to do any other integrated course which will be available in platforms like Upgrad.

Why these options means, I need to earn a decent salary par with Industry. These are the random options in my mind and I am unable to choose one thing. Due to this I am stuck in my career and my friends are earning more than me.

My humble suggestion, don't look at your career as means of earning money and then figuring out things to study so that you earn money. Figure out what interests you! Pursue it! If nothing interests you, start from basics, start writing end to end project code yourself. That's amazing way to upskill yourself.
Do it, showcase to the world what you did, and you will get better jobs.

I too struck. But decided to go with the flow of my interest. Look bro!
If you love java and backend, go for spring boot, hibernate, aws, etc etc learn DSA and system design parallely.
If you dont like development try data analyst, data engineering, devops etc .
Don't waste time like me in dilemma. Try any technology asap

Unfortunately you have to be good at DSA, grind leetcode. First thing you need to jump out of low-paying service based company. To even enjoy any tech or dev work, you need to be earning a sustainable amount. IMO switch companies with the same tech that you have worked on and grind leetcode and keep giving interviews. Once in a comfortable position, start exploring your interest.
