Company culture

I gave an interview for product role at MPL an year back. I was selected but 3 days before joining they called and told me the role I was offered was internally filled and I have to give one more round which I rejected. Thankfully I had backups. Post joining they called back again that I can join the same position.This episode gives a basic idea as to how the culture is.
