CTC advice needed

CCTV : 4.7LPA LWD: 22/10/2024

Offers:

  1. CTS, Home Location, 14LPA ( 13.55 Fixed, 45k variable), JB: 50K
  2. A mid sized start-up ( 51 - 200 employees) : Bangalore, 16LPA (15 Fixed, 1 Variable), Relocation Bonus 50k
  3. Big4: Base Location Bangalore, Work from Home location for next 3 months, 18LPA (14.5 Fixed, 3 Variable, rest gratuity, perks), JB 1Lakh, spread over 6 months, 12 months lockin period.

Shall I try for more or negotiate more with CTS and Big4, since my expectation from Big4 was 17LPA Fixed.

Please advise whish one should I choose based on WLB, Growth, and career prospects.

Right now CTS is bad in terms of appraisals and promotions after the new CEO. You can negotiate for upto 18 fixed in Big 4

You are in tech. Does Big4 have any advantage on your resume? No it is not. So avoid such companies. I would suggest going with a mid size startup. You'll learn a lot. That's important in the long term. Negotiate for at least one lakhs JB and one lakh RB.
