Not in india, sadly 😢. My colleagues in UK and poland in same company get 5-10X of my salary . The entry level is good, though, at 4-5lpa but salary gets highly stagnated until you become manager or VP which takes a decade . It's good for people who like work life balance , secure job and steady pay check .
