Personality Types in Software Engineering

I thought this shiz was like zodiac signs for the literates.

What started as an Instagram-inspired social experiment has turned into a startup idea. Our generation has moved on from orthodox thinking (baring few people) to more emotional compatibility 2. Men have more worldly expectations, while women seek spiritual features; none are right/wrong as long as they find each other. 3. Very glad that no one 'expected' the partner to take up gendered roles as dictated by society So, coming to the matchmaking platform. The idea is to have all aspects of life considered - personality, profession, family, demographics, physical attributes, etc. and have a weighted scale against them. Though I have my doubts here 1. An Introvert will need an extrovert to seek them but will be drained of social battery later. How do they match? 2. Physical attributes pull down people who aren't confident with their looks; that doesn't relate to how good/bad they are as partners. But without pictures, it will be a risky surprise element. 3. Prevent parents from creating accounts on children's behalf. Probably a social media log-in Share your thoughts on the compatibility algorithm and the problems we may face. P.S. In my corporate experience, I have observed two kinds of leaders - 1) A hard task master, very high on IQ but more often than not low on EQ and 2) High on EQ, above avg on IQ. I as a manager/ leader fall under 2) and usually get work done without authority but I do experience at times, some peers and reportees taking advantage of my behaviour In my view, anecdotally I see type 1) leaders succeed more in corporates even if it comes at the cost of facing flak/hate from directs/indirects. One of my previous managers was unpopular for his toxicity but somehow I kind of built a decent bond with him. Once over drinks and dinner, he candidly told me, I'm not here in this organization for making friends and I'm here only to get results and he did deliver on results every year. My question is, can type 2 leaders even climb up the ladder specially where cut throat competition exists. Sometimes I do feel I need to be more like type 1 leaders obviously not at the cost of toxicity - disrespect, shouting etc. What are your thoughts?

Last year, during this time of year, I had a ops job and I was very stressed. I was scared of office calls. I knew that job was not for me. This year I don't have any job. But I will be joining somewhere in few days. It is an okayish place. But I still am not happy. There is lesser but constant stress like last year. Maybe my frustration was because I was not able to handle the situation in my last job and not because of the situation I was in. And I still feel that way. What should I fix? How?

I just got an offer from coinbase but seeing the reviews on glassdoor and stuff I’m very sceptical. The salary they are offering is insane. However seeing the company history and whole marketspace its not convincing enough. Any thoughts?

Looking to get my first bike, I have used Gixxer 250 sf from my friend and ktm before , but looking to get a new bike from the list, please share your experience & help me choose from my list.
