for founders and folks working in startups
how much do you value degree in your organisation? if it’s a knowledge industry, makes sense. adding on, do people actually get roles(read well paid) without degree-
I started my job at a very early stage startup. I am say I was one of the first 5 team members. I was never asked about my degree status, or if I had back papers, etc.
(PS: I did have back papers and had cleared them much before my final year)
Degrees are just paper, startups need passion and hustle. No degree? Prove your worth and grab that well-paid role. Now, who's up for a challenge?

Depends on who you ask and the degree they hold.
I have never seen a T1 guy say degree doesn't matter.
Don't count ceo's and top management people or even minor celebrites, they always lie. Have you seen a leader or a ceo who hasn't flaunted his college credentials?.
Your degree is like a driving licence. Imagine you are hiring a car driver, a licence is a minimum proof that he knows to drive.

If you don't believe me, why do companies have multiple slabs of pay structure?. T1 gets a higher pay, t/T3 guy should be happy if he gets food. For the same job
Anything said by these suits should be taken with a pinch of salt. Never at face value.
Very little.
It's increasingly what kind of work experiences one has had, and how much of a fit they are to your work culture.
Those things matter a lot more than degree. For sure.

Depends purely on what role you are hiring for!!
