If not possible then at least during the time when monsoon is at its peak...
If not possible then at least on the days when it rains a lot regardless of it being the expected peak of the season
It saves lots of time and trouble with potholes, getting sick due to exposure to rain, traffic, etc.
In the long term it saved more time of employees and company if companies consider these factors.

Left bangalore due to bad roads and traffic and rude behavior of local cab/auto drivers.
If not leaves, then wfh should be made mandatory for all companies for women 5 days a month. Even leaves should be given atleast 5 extra in a year, for those bad days. What do you think?
