I usually see founders make loud claims of their company/brand as baby but when it comes to team shoots, they make everyone else wear the brand but keep themselves far away from it.
I understand, they want to create the employee-employer difference (against family narrative) but to me it's a bit strange. Any explanations, sharing on this?
