Getting PPO after working for 6 month

How much should I ask for?

Very less details, but try and see if they can give 18-22 base + other components since its series A they'll have the money. Depends on the founders if they are ready to shell out

They just asked how much I want ? Told them I need 14 they told me we can offer only 9 It was hardly any negotiation, don't have any offer right now
