In the past couple of months I have given multiple interviews where the interviewer said that they are good to go for the next round as the interview went well but the recruiter keeps ghosting. I am not sure where I am going wrong?

Buddy, once after clearing 2 rounds (with SPM and Product director) HR called to tell me that they are moving me to VP round. 5 days after I got email that they are not moving ahead with my profile.
At lest they replied…in my case there are no replies as well
Could be multiple reasons -
we are primarily doing this at my company because of lot of supply at cheaper salary.
Or internal contacts/switching
We are probably looking at SPM and above folks in a similar/same domain
