Going Ghajini ( hair style ) without a cut
Any body keeping short hair, like military cut or Ghazini style?
Any cons?
Pros are many imo ( less care; required, better care of follicle etc)

I have recently started going to gym. I go after office, in evenings. All the sweat frizzes up hair so bad. Almost every day I am taking a head bath now.
I had hairwash today thinking the volume will settle down in a day. Tomorrow is a big presentation. Just came back from gym and I look like Hagrid from Harry Potter FML
How do you manage these 😭😭
To the men who didn't understand a thing, you don't have to comment 🙂
Respectfully to all men, thank you for your concern. But please let women handle this, it is not your area of expertise. Don't assume it is same for you and us.
Are there no women here who go to gym?
I have been doing Gym since three years and have so long hairs.
I can add what I do for me. I wash my in thrice a week.
After workouts let your hairs open and dry naturally. And make sure to take care of your scalp health in proper ways for example take hair rinse, head massage , oiling for better scalp health.
For oily scalp use any mild shampoo in every alternate days (Dilute the shampoo with water before applying to scalp directly).
Use Good quality hair serum for hair frizenes.
Wow thrice a week makes sense. I was more of twice a week girl but now increased. Thanks this was helpful
I am Sikh and have much longer hair since we keep them in the natural form (aka uncut).
So, yaa they do get like this sometimes and it's very difficult when it comes to looking groomed and it takes time to fix the beard hair (since head hair stays below the Turban).
One solution which I have over time is to oil them before washing. Every single day I oil them for 5-7 minutes with Sarso da tel and then wash with a shampoo. Over the years now all of this just takes 15 minutes. The hair stays smooth and sometimes a dryer is required.
Tum khud male ho bhai...women ban k post na kiya karo
