Have you been rejected after a culture round?
Hi, I recently interviewed with a mid-sized Indian startup (not FAANG) and had what seemed like great product and business rounds.
During the culture round, we discussed company values, and when asked about weaknesses, I mentioned being introverted and how it can sometimes be mistaken for a lack of confidence.
Now, what was too bad? I didn’t think so. But I got a call later that the position has been filled and they no longer want to continue with the process. I’m just left wondering what could have gone wrong.
Has anybody else experienced something similar? I really thought the culture round would be a walk in the park. This was rough! Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
Not really they were interviewing two guys parallely and chose him/her over you . Move on .
