Having a job offer from TCS.

Hi, I'm currently 5 YOE. Having a job offer from TCS. They are offering 18 LPA . My current CTC is 15 LPA. I'm thinking of considering the offer as TCS has a good work life balance. Am I thinking correctly or shall I try for other companies?

after tax, don't think you will just more than 10k extra salary per month

For me money is not a priority, I want to live a decent lifestyle and my job should be peaceful. I hate the kind of jobs where everyday there's some surprise 🫢.

Don't switch if u aren't getting atleast 40-50 % hike on your current salary.

With 5 YOE you are on higher side of ctc. So 18 lacs offer us very good from TCS. As far as company goes i have worked in TCS for long time and its a good company and better then most others.

Isn't it only a 20% hike? 5 yrs of experience is prime of your career why do you want to go to a crap place like tcs just for 20%? Tcs is the worst if you join you will defo regret it. Better look for other opportunities.
