Hi Guys, I am 10+ years exp earning 32LPA . My promotion is also due in current company. I have received an offer from TCS where they mentioned 43 LPA CTC . I have a feeling that I am compromising and that I could get more from TCS. What do you guys think? I feel like I am settling for less.

As you mentioned promotion is due, better you stay back.Because TCS will play Number game. Even though the package is mentioned as 43LPA, they will show different heads and after checking the take home salary, you will realise that there is no much difference between your previous pay and TCS pay.
