Help me learn Kannada

I will be moving to Bengaluru soon and starting to learn Kannada. I could not find any well structured resources that can get me started. Aim is to be conversationally fluent in 6 months to 1 year of time. I am flexible in learning Hindi to Kannada or English to Kannada.

Any suggestions and resources are appreciated 🌻

As a Telugu who's conversational in Kannada, I can help. But I don't know of structured courses, I just picked it up sentence by sentence from colleagues.

Learning a language passively didn’t workout for me when I used to live in Europe, but definitely the plan to try it for Kannada to become conversationally fluent. Attempting to build vocabulary until then.

This is a biased platform (in favour of northies) which kannada folk don't prefer using. I can help you with any number of issues/questions you have on kannada.

Check out learn kannada app as well mate. It's good
