How do you guys search for Jobs? What works for you? For eg I do easy Apply through LinkedIn but rarely get a call from recruiter

I started by reaching out to head of depts / CXOs on LinkedIn. Now that I’ve built good work ex I get approached by headhunters

Naukri for the first offer. Career sites for the subsequent tries when my notice period starts reducing. Ofc, I apply in linkedIn, but Naukri is fast and easy to find a job.
