Given our poor lifestyles, I am sure that I am not the only one having health issues. Wanted to understand what kind of health issues do you face, how does it affect your life and how do you navigate work with your health issues.

Yep Have added about 7-8 KGs since I started working 4.5 years ago

Back aches every now and then. Overall energy levels are lower. Flexibility has gone to shit.

12 hour work days for a long time

  1. Eye strain is a bitch. Get 7hrs of uninterrupted sleep. No other medication or treatment will work

  2. Lose weight. You have no idea how amazing losing 10+ kgs feels like. Controlling food is 90% of losing weight. So even if you don't work out often it can still work .Skip carbs in lunch/dinner, avoid sweets and beer, go for 20-30mins walks every day. That should be more than enough.
