I am not able to tackle 3 months of notice period.
Because of 3 month notice period lot of calls stopped.
I am working in Capgemini. I have 2 yoe experience. Wherever i apply either they skip my profile or HR rejects it when she/ he hears of 3 months notice period. Is there any suggestions how to handle this problem.
Why every company needs employees immediate but they have 1-3 months compulsory notice period.
No one accepts 3 months of notice period in the first place secondly if you want a good package it's best to resign in the month of December so by the time you are Job searching you are also completing your notice period I understand that you might miss a hike but trust me the increment you are getting is anyways going to be lesser than your jump hike so it's totally worth it. This is not for people expecting promotions
Resign and search
Get an offer that accepts 3 months notice. Find better one during the notice period. Make sure your next one is not in 3 monts notice club.

Why notice perioda are 3 months in most MNC's ??? How to reduce this to 2 months or to 1 month???
