How to crack 3 months notice period problem
I am a web developer planing to switch company but because of 3 months notice period of current company i am rejected from hr round itself ..please let me know how to deal with this
I am an web developer with 5 years of experience now planing to switch company but deu to 3 months of notice period gets rejected in hr round itself ...please let me know how to deal with this Also please update if there are any vacancies
Here is what I did I had confidence in my skill that I can outperform people and can land job in my field so I quit my job tried interviewing failed miserably so learn from that and prepared and aced all the interviews after that and landed a job with 100% hike in 2nd month ending now I’m just waiting for my notice to complete as my new company was ok waiting for a month

Because every recruiter wants candidate should join within 15 days or immediately, then how to tackle this kind of situation.
