Every candidate deserves a response from HR ?
Even after clearing assignments, interviews why it's so hard for HR's to respond? I don't care if I am selected or not but I want the feedback if I didn't make it.
Why HR recruiters won't let us know that we are not selected after an interview? They won't even reply to mails, lift calls or respond to messages
Lets say we want to buy a car or jewellery, any normal person will visit multiple showrooms look at prices and offers available. Then buy from one of them. Donwe inform the others that the sales is done?. When the sales person calls and follows up we say.
Same logic here, it's a business deal,. The buyer comes back when the deal is profitable. Nothing personal or emotional here.
what about responding to emails?
HR always disappoints us.
But we need to understand their responsibilities as well. HR is a hot seat. They have to make critical life changing business decisions very day like rangoli pattern for the reception area, office decoration for the festivals, Games to play that will motivate employees, track and wish people on their birthday, anniversary day, Keep track of who is alive and who is dead.
So maybe this got left out.
I guess because, it's harder to say No, than simply avoiding.
Unprofessional behaviour, they are not concerned
Because no matter how easy it is to say no, the candidate would always believe the interviewer was at fault.
1.They don't care 2. They want to get the cheapest labor. If he/she is not good, then they go for second cheapest one.
