yeah I cleared the round But I don't like the way their leadership talk I already mentioned my expectations before interviews, then only I proceed Still they were giving less than my expectation range I cleared all their 3 round then hr reached to me saying they want one more round with leadership, I said ok, I performed much better in that round and expecting offer Then they asked their is one more round like hr just for formalities, I thought It will be salary discussion but it turns out to be candidates fit round and some minor salary discussion I was now expecting exact numbers from hr But then that said their leadership will have call with you where he will discuss exact number
We had some discussion, he was trying to give so much less than expectation and justify wrongly then I asked them to send me what final number you can give
they still didn't send me final number, then I call the hr 2 days later, she give me another answer that 30% hike if you are ready then she will send me offer letter and start proceeding, take or leave it
What the fuck, when I have already said my expectation then what is the point of so much time wasted when you are just going to offering 30% hike on my salary and asking to work on weekends and late nights
