interview experience with deluxe group

Hey guys! OP here and i am sharing my interview experience with deluxe group so that my fellow redditers are saving time

So this happened after first week of September when i saw an opening for project coordinator in Bangalore location and i applied using LinkedIn

so after a week,, a hr lets call her A called me and told that i am shortlisted for the role and it is full time there is a interview for this and told me that i have to come face to face for the interview and i said okk and told me that other recruiter will coordinate the hiring process

Now the other recruiter, lets call them B called me and told me to send my details like payslips, current CTC, expected ctc, NP and other offers, and as we discussed, they told it is a contract role and it is for 6 months and rotational shifts

Now after sharing all these details, another recruiter C approaches me and says i have to attend the interview and I am having confusion on whether it is a full-time or contract role C says first attend and i agreed to attend

And at the time of interview, the panel was done with questions. i asked them whether it was a full-time or contract role and they told they were just told to interview and they gave feedback

After few days, A approached me and told me I was selected but i have to first complete contract for 6 months i took time for thinking and put it on hold Now B calls me and tells i am rejected and puts my candidature on hold and i told fine Now C tells me that can i join immediately after c calls, i am like, am i selected or rejected? Whether this is a role or ghost hiring, why is the hiring breaken here?

Can you help me ? Also, op is looking for non-tech roles and can join immediately

Your experience sounds frustrating and confusing. It seems like there's a lot of miscommunication within the hiring team. If you can join immediately and are looking for non-tech roles, consider other companies too.
