Is Anyone handling two projects as a developer with conflicting meetings?

I have been currently allocated in two projects with same working hours and most of my calls are colliding and am not able to pay attention to one fully also both are fast paced projects, so i am missing things and some mistakes are being made.. Is this common in IT Service companies if so how you people are surviving?
